UDM Simulator offers a simple mechanism to simulate a device interface so that the web management application runs under the desktop operating system, such as Linux or Windows, without the need to embed the application in the device. When a management system runs with the simulator, all presentation, logics, validation rules, permission control, data models and data interfaces work the same way as if the application was embedded directly in the device.
