Getting Started
At the initial meeting, VegaAltair will present a demo of Web
Management Framework ManageBlox and a sample application to explain our
technology and development process. Through this initial effort, we would like
to gain an overview of your product requirements, devise the best proposal, and win your confidence in
our technical ability and commitment.
Project Planning
We work with you to clearly define the product scope and engineering constraints.
We define how we will assess the success of the project. It is at this stage that we
outline the preliminary project plan with milestones.
Design and Development
Using an iterative development methodology, we deliver each milestone
with a subset of defined functionality for your review.
With this approach, we incorporate your valuable feedback
in each iteration. Each successive delivery refines the application
toward its final form.
